Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Terms:

Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled interview for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled interview will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling:

Customers can reschedule their interview up to 48 hours before the scheduled interview at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the interview will incur a 10% rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy If a customer does not show up for the scheduled interview without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Full Refunds:

Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled interview. In the event of a technical issue or error on our part, a full refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation time frame. Partial Refunds Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 24 hours before the interview will receive a 20% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the interview. Processing Refunds Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
